Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al Manshur Terhadap Kinerja Guru

Introduction: Teacher performance at MA Al Manshur suboptimal in discipline and administration. This study examines transformational leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) effects of madrasah principal on teacher performance (Y). Objective: Analyze partial and simultaneous effects of X1, X2 on Y. Method: Quantitative explanatory research using SPSS 26 multiple regression, population 20 teachers (total sampling), valid-reliable questionnaire. Results: X1 significant (β=0.412; t=4.32; p=0.001), X2 dominant (β=0.478; t=4.57; p=0.000), combined Adjusted R²=77.5% (F=35.42; p=0.000). Equation: Ŷ=0.856+0.423X1+0.512X2. Discussion: Motivation primary predictor, consistent with Bass & Herzberg theories. Recommendation: "Exemplary Teacher" awards and individual coaching..
