Efektivitas Islamic Monopoli Dalam Materi Iman Kepada Malaikat SMPN 1 Palangka Raya

This research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of applying the interactive game ‘Islamic Monopoli’ as an innovative learning medium toenhance the compherehension of the Belief in Allah’s Angels material among 7th grade students at SMPN 1 Palangka Raya. This study employed a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental design, involving an experimental group and a control group. Data collection instruments, specifically pre-test and post-test, were utilized to measure the increase in students’ cognitive achievement in both groups. The research findings, analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test, revealed a significant difference in the average post-test scores between the two groups. The increase in comprehension calculated using the N-Gain Score in the experimental group, which was taught using Islamic Monopoli, was categorized as moderate and was statistically higher compred to the control group. This finding confirms that the use of the ‘Islamic Monopoli’ game is proven effective in facilitating the learning of the Belive in Allah’s Angels material, making it a relevant alternative medium for improving student learning outcomes and motivation.
