Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic education administration and supervision in improving the quality of learning at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Administration and supervision are two important components in Islamic education management that play a strategic role in realizing effective learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the principal of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung has carried out educational administration functions optimally, including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising learning activities. On the other hand, Islamic education supervision is carried out continuously to foster teachers in improving professional and spiritual competencies. The synergy between administration and supervision has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning, as reflected in increased teacher discipline, innovation in teaching methods, and improving student learning outcomes. This study confirms that the implementation of effective administration and supervision is the main key in managing a quality and competitive madrasah.
