Kreativitas Guru PAI Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Di MTS Negeri 1 Lolak Sulawesi Utara

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' creativity in improving students' motivation and learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Lolak, North Sulawesi. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The population of this study consists of all students, with the sampling technique determined based on research needs. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics through correlation and regression tests. The results of the study indicate that the creativity of PAI teachers is in the good category, while students' learning motivation and learning outcomes are in the fairly good category. The correlation test results show a significant relationship between teacher creativity and students' motivation and learning outcomes. Furthermore, the regression analysis shows that teacher creativity contributes significantly to improving students' motivation and learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that teacher creativity plays an important role in enhancing students' motivation and learning outcomes. Continuous efforts are needed to improve teacher creativity in the learning process.
