This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology in improving students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Rawajitu Selatan. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, and documentation. The results show an improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class from an average score of 65.4 to 82.7, while the control class increased from 64.8 to 72.3. Hypothesis testing indicates that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value, meaning that the use of information technology has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. In addition, the use of information technology also increases students' motivation and participation in learning. Therefore, the use of information technology can be an effective alternative to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning.
