Analisis Literatur: Peran Media Kahoot! Dalam Meningkatkan Interaktivas Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Islam

This study aims to analyze the role of Kahoot! as a digital learning medium in enhancing student interactivity in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through a literature review approach. The research employed a systematic literature review by examining eight journal articles published between 2019 and 2025 that are relevant to digital learning and student engagement. The analysis focused on identifying research designs, learning contexts, and key findings from each study. The results indicate that the use of Kahoot! consistently enhances student participation, motivation, and active involvement in PAI learning. Its game-based learning features create a more enjoyable and competitive learning environment, encouraging students to engage more actively. Several studies also reported improvements in learning outcomes when Kahoot! was used as a tool for reinforcement activities or formative assessments. However, Kahoot! has limitations in measuring higher-order conceptual understanding due to its concise question format and emphasis on speed. Overall, this review concludes that Kahoot! is an effective digital learning medium for improving student interactivity in PAI learning, provided that its implementation is combined with other instructional strategies that support deeper religious and conceptual understanding.
