Kompetensi Guru Al-Qur'an Hadits Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Peserta Didik Di Ponpes Ushuluddin Kecamatan Penengahan

This study aims to analyze the competence of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in overcoming students’ learning difficulties at Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School, Penengahan District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the competence of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers is relatively good, but there are still limitations in the use of varied learning methods. Students experience difficulties in reading the Qur'an according to tajwid rules, memorizing, and understanding the material. In addition, students' learning motivation is relatively low. The teachers' efforts to overcome learning difficulties include providing additional guidance and repeating the material. Therefore, improving teacher competence and innovation in learning are needed to optimally address students’ learning difficulties.
