Revitalisasi Metode Storytelling Dalam Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Era Disrupsi Digital

The era of digital disruption requires the renewal of Islamic Religious Education learning methods to maintain moral and pedagogical relevance. This study aims to examine the urgency of revitalizing storytelling as a primary pedagogical strategy in technology-based Islamic Religious Education. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review using contextual hermeneutical analysis of Islamic education sources, religious texts, and previous studies. The findings indicate that Qur’anic storytelling and prophetic narratives function effectively as didactic instruments for internalizing faith, moral, and spiritual values. The discussion highlights that integrating storytelling with digital technology and contextual hermeneutics bridges Islamic theological values with contemporary social realities. The study concludes that storytelling should be positioned as a strategic pedagogical approach in Islamic Religious Education to strengthen character formation among the digital generation
