Ajaran Islam Dalam Pembinaan Keluarga Muslim

Abstract

Family is the smallest social unit that plays an essential role in shaping morals and building a strong society. Islam provides complete guidance regarding family development with the aim of creating a harmonious and balanced household. This article discusses the basic Islamic principles of family, including the meaning of family in Islam, marriage purposes, pre-marriage education, family resilience, and the mechanism of divorce and reconciliation. The method used is a qualitative descriptive review based on Islamic sources such as Qur’an verses, prophetic traditions, and classical teachings explained in Islamic literature. The discussion shows that Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of building family life based on faith, communication, responsibility, and mutual respect. The values of sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah become the main foundations to create peace and prevent conflict in the household. The analysis concludes that strengthening family education and implementing Islamic values consistently can increase family resilience and reduce domestic disputes.
