Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Peserta Didik di Madrasah Aliyah

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of educational quality management in improving student satisfaction at Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah). The background of this study is based on the importance of educational quality as a primary factor in creating quality educational services that are able to meet student expectations. Student satisfaction is one indicator of the success of educational institutions in providing optimal services. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the madrasah principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that educational quality management is implemented through quality planning, implementation of learning quality improvement programs, continuous evaluation, and continuous improvement. These efforts are able to increase student satisfaction as demonstrated by increased learning comfort, learning quality, and educational services provided. Supporting factors include the commitment of all madrasah members and effective leadership, while inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure and a suboptimal evaluation system. The conclusion of this study indicates that educational quality management plays a significant role in improving student satisfaction. Therefore, sustainable quality management is needed that is oriented towards student needs to achieve optimal educational quality.
