The development of morality for female students in the modern era faces complex challenges that require effective educator figures. This study aims to determine the impact of the role of mualimah in the development of the morality of female students in the Al-Qur'an and Science Islamic Boarding School Nurul Amal. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the mualimah and female students in the Islamic boarding school. The results of the study indicate that the role of mualimah as role models, spiritual guides, and discipline supervisors has a significant impact on improving the quality of the morality of female students, both in aspects of worship and daily social interactions. In conclusion, female Islamic teachers (mualimah) play a crucial role in shaping the Islamic character of female Islamic students, integrating Quranic and scientific values.
