Pengaruh Artificial Intelligence Terhadap Peran Guru: Antara Ancaman dan Peluang

Artikel ini membahas dampak kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) terhadap peran guru dalam pendidikan modern. Integritasi AI telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran , dan penyebaran pengetahuan di lingkungan pendidikan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif yang diambil dari beberapa sumber literatur relevan, seperti jurnal, buku, akademik, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki banyak manfaat, seperti meningkatkan lingkungan belajar, menyesuaikan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan siswa, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, serta mendukung profesionalisme guru melalui teknologi digital. Selain itu, AI membantu guru dalam materi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif.
Namun penerapan AI juga menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan, seperti perubahan metode pengajaran tradisional, penolakan terhadap sistem otomatis, serta munculnya masalah etika terkait teknologi, seperti privasi data dan berkurangnya interaksi manusia dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini, Guru tetap memiliki peran yang sangat penting sebagai fasiliator, mentor, serta pengembangan pemikiran, dan karakter siswa.
Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan strategi pedagogis yang adaptif agar penerapan AI tetap berfokus pada prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di masa depan.
