Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications of the implementation of the Friday Qolbu program to build a religious climate for students at SMAN 5 Tuban. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Friday Qolbu program is able to build a religious climate for students through the habit of routine worship such as congregational Dhuha prayer and religious lectures, teacher moral examples, and positive interpersonal relationships that increase religious obedience, tolerance, and honesty up to 60% of student active participation. However, there are obstacles such as lack of student awareness, and some students only participate in activities as an obligation/formality without understanding the meaning of the activity. So it is necessary to optimize the integration of religious values ​​in learning to create a more conducive and sustainable school environment.
