Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of educational ecology through the application of School-Based Management to the involvement of school components in SD Negeri Bulurejo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the success of educational ecology depends on synergy between components, where the principal's policies, teachers' learning methods, parental support, and the participation of school committees and the community influence each other's development. SBM encourages transparency, accountability, and collaboration to create a participatory and sustainable education system. With the autonomy provided, schools are able to manage resources as needed, involve all parties in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, and create a conducive learning environment. The implementation of SBM faces a number of challenges, including limited infrastructure, low student learning motivation, uneven parental involvement, suboptimal stakeholder participation, and the solutions offered are to build integrated collaboration through resource optimization, strengthening communication between school components, improving digital literacy and others. With this strategy, SBM at SD Negeri Bulurejo is expected to be able to create a participatory, adaptive, transparent, and sustainable educational ecology so as to support the quality of basic education as a whole.
