Abstract

Manajemen pengetahuan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan dan pembelajaran organisasi, inovasi, serta pengambilan keputusan yang berkelanjutan. Namun, pengembangan Knowledge Management System (KMS) secara konvensional sering terkendala dengan kompleksitas teknis dan durasi pengembangan yang ekstensif. Penelitian ini mengkonstruksi KMS berbasis agentic AI melalui pendekatan vibe coding yang yang menekankan kolaborasi iteratif antara manusia dan agen kecerdasan buatan dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi. Metodologi penelitian menerapkan kerangka design thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) dengan menjadikan model SECI sebagai landasan dalam memfasilitasi konversi pengetahuan tacit dan explicit. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing. Pegujian mendapatkan skor 18/20 dengan tingkat validitas tinggi (90%) yang mengkonfirmasi efektivitas sistem. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi dengan agentic AI mampu mengakselerasi siklus tanpa mendegradasi kualitas output sistem aplikasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan serta membuka peluang riset lanjutan terkait kolaborasi manusia dan kecerdasan buatan dalam pengembangan sistem cerdas.
