Identifikasi Computer Vision Syndrome dalam Praktik Pembuatan Pola Pakaian Berbasis Komputer sebagai Bagian dari Manajemen Pembelajaran Vokasi

Penggunaan komputer dalam praktik pembuatan pola pakaian memberikan efisiensi dan akurasi yang tinggi, namun aktivitas di depan layar monitor komputer dalam jangka waktu panjang berpotensi menimbulkan Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran dan produktivitas kerja mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kejadian CVS pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti praktik pembuatan pola berbasis komputer di Program Studi Teknik Pembuatan Garmen AK–Tekstil Solo. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire (CVS-Q). Sebanyak 27 mahasiswa berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 17 responden (62,96%) mengalami CVS dengan skor ≥6, sedangkan 10 responden (37,04%) tidak mengalami gejala signifikan. Gejala yang paling dominan adalah mata terasa kering, penglihatan buram, dan sakit kepala, dengan rata-rata skor tertinggi pada gejala mata kering dan penglihatan buram. Paparan layar komputer selama praktik yang berlangsung 8 jam per hari selama enam hari berturut-turut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap munculnya CVS. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen ergonomi visual dalam pembelajaran praktik melalui pengaturan pencahayaan, jarak pandang ideal, posisi monitor, serta penerapan istirahat visual berkala.
