Abstract

Manisan buah merupakan produk makanan yang dibuat dengan cara mengawetkan buah dal;am larutan gula konsentrasi tinggi atau dalam bahan pengawet lainnya untuk memperpanjang umur simpan buah dan menciptakan variasi rasa yang lebih manis dan menarik secara visual. Hasil pengawasan dari tahun 2021-2023 yang dilakukan oleh 6 unit kerja BPOM terhadap jenis pangan manisan buah menunjukkan adanya tingginya angka penggunaan BTP pengawet dan BTP pemanis yang melebihi persyaratan PerBPOM No. 11 Tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian untuk menetapkan langkah-langkah pengawasan dan penegakan yang dilakukan unit pelaksana teknis BPOM untuk menurunkan pelanggaran penggunaan BTP pengawet dan BTP pemanis pada jenis pangan manisan buah PIRT. Metodologi penelitian dengan  analisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal dan menetapkan langkah pemecahan masalah
