Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of educational services at Markaz Imam Malik Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the head of the institution, teachers, educational staff, and students as research subjects. The results indicate that the quality of educational services is generally in a good category, as reflected in the adequate competence of teachers, effective learning processes, and well-structured institutional management. Educational services are not only focused on academic aspects but also on character building and the internalization of Islamic values. However, several challenges remain, including limited facilities and the suboptimal use of educational technology. Therefore, continuous improvement efforts are needed through enhancing teacher competence, developing facilities, and strengthening collaboration among institutions, parents, and the community.
