Peran Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan Dalam Menangani Kasus Bullying Di Sekolah Dasar Alam Terpadu Nurul Haq Koya Barat

Nurul Haq Elementary School is an elementary school located in West Koya, Jayapura City. Bullying cases frequently occur among its students during its educational and teaching process. Generally, the vice principal is responsible for administration and student affairs at the school, so a clear role and strategy are needed to address these issues. The research questions are as follows: (1) What is the role of the vice principal for student affairs in handling bullying cases at Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School? (2) What are the strategies of the vice principal for student affairs in handling bullying cases at Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School? This study employed qualitative research. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively: the vice principal of Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School, teachers, and students. Data analysis included data collection, data transcription, and selection. Data validity was tested through methodological triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the vice principal for student affairs at SDAT Nurul Haq Koya Barat can carry out his role in managing bullying cases, the strategy of the Vice Principal for Student Affairs in handling bullying cases at SDAT Nurul Haq Koya Barat is through a prevention strategy in 4 ways, namely the school gets used to implementing 3S, giving alms, advice and developing infrastructure.
