Paradigma Baru Pengembangan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Di Indonesia

The development of Islamic Education Management (MPI) in Indonesia currently faces challenges from digital disruption, globalization, and the critical need for robust scientific integration. This Study aims to formulate a new paradigm in the development of MPI in Indonesia that responds effectively to contemporary dynamics while preserving its core Islamic value identity. This study employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical method utilizing library research. Data were systematically collected through an in-depth review of academic literature, national policies, regulations, and recent sociological documents spanning the last five years (2022-2026). The research identifies three primary pillars of the new MPI paradigm: (1) Cross-disciplinary epistemological integration; (2) Institutional governance transformation powered by smart digital ecosystems; and (3) Reconceptualization of adaptive prophetic leadership. The implications of this research demand a structural repositioning of MPI curricula and a comprehensive overhaul of managerial models across both formal and non-formal Islamic educational institutions toward inclusive global excellence..
