Problematika dan Solusi Dalam Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Pembelajaran

This study aims to analyze various problems encountered in the implementation of learning evaluation and to identify solutions that can be applied to improve the effectiveness of the assessment process. The study employed a literature review method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques by examining scientific journals, research articles, and academic references related to learning evaluation. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of learning evaluation still faces several challenges, including teachers’ limited competence in designing evaluation instruments, differences in students’ abilities, difficulties in conducting non-test assessments, time constraints, the complexity of assessment administration, and the low utilization of educational technology. To address these issues, efforts are needed to enhance teachers’ competencies through continuous professional training, optimize the use of digital technology in the evaluation process, develop assessment instruments aligned with learning objectives, and simplify assessment administration. It can be concluded that the success of learning evaluation requires adequate teacher competence, effective technology utilization, and an integrated assessment system. Future studies are recommended to conduct field research to obtain more comprehensive empirical insights into the implementation of learning evaluation at various educational levels.
