Pengaruh Keberadaan Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren terhadap Peningkatan Dai di Desa Pernasidi, Cilongok, Banyumas

Modern Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a crucial role in transforming rural religious life by producing dakwah leaders. This study empirically examines how the presence of Islamic boarding schools and their religious programs affect the growth of local preachers (dai) in Pernasidi Village, Cilongok, Banyumas. Using an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, quantitative data from 175 local respondents were gathered via Likert-scale questionnaires, analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS, and enriched with qualitative insights from SMA MBS Zam-Zam Cilongok. The F-test and t-test results reveal a positive and statistically significant impact with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Field findings confirm that teacher competence, high student density, and specialized tracks (Tahfizh, Dai, Takhasus) implemented through the Pekan Dakwah program effectively multiply the local preacher supply. This research scientifically proves that integrated school and dormitory curricula successfully regulate the supply of dakwah human resources in rural areas.
