Entrepreneurship Education Melalui Experiential Learning: Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Proyek Sosial AKISA di SMA Thursina IIBS

Pendidikan Kewirausahaan telah diterapkan di SMA Thursina IIBS Malang sejak tahun 2017 sebagai bagian dari kurikulum kewirausahaan yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap implementasi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan melalui pendekatan Experiential learning pada proyek sosial AKISA (Anak Kreatif Indonesia Bisa) serta mengeksplorasi kontribusi yang dirasakan terhadap pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner terstruktur. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan total sampling, yang melibatkan 58 siswa kelas XI Program Entrepreneurship SMA Thursina IIBS yang mengikuti proyek AKISA pada angkatan tahun 2022 dan 2024. Proyek sosial AKISA dilaksanakan selama satu semester melalui kerja sama dengan sekolah dasar di sekitar lingkungan SMA Thursina IIBS, yang mencakup tahap perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 91,55% siswa menyatakan memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna, sedangkan 87,86% siswa merasakan adanya peningkatan pada kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam aspek pemecahan masalah, kerja sama tim, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen kegiatan. Secara keseluruhan, temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa proyek sosial AKISA dipersepsikan oleh siswa sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam program Pendidikan Kewirausahaan di SMA Thursina IIBS.
