Evaluasi Tingkat Pelayanan Halte BISKITA Trans Bekasi Patriot di Kota Bekasi

BISKITA Trans Bekasi Patriot merupakan layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) di Kota Bekasi sebagai bagian dari program Buy The Service (BTS) Kementerian Perhubungan RI. Halte berperan krusial sebagai titik interaksi pertama antara penumpang dan sistem transportasi publik. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kondisi fasilitas eksisting Halte Bus Trans Patriot terhadap Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) berdasarkan SK Dirjen Perhubungan Darat No. 271/HK.105/DRJD/96. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei inventarisasi lapangan, dokumentasi foto, dan observasi langsung. Tingkat kesesuaian fasilitas terhadap SPM secara keseluruhan hanya 20%, dengan fasilitas utama wajib mencapai 33,3%. Defisiensi utama meliputi ketiadaan papan informasi trayek, kondisi lampu penerangan dan tempat duduk yang buruk, serta tidak tersedianya tempat sampah, pagar pembatas, dan fasilitas aksesibilitas difabel. Rekomendasi strategis diberikan untuk renovasi menyeluruh, pemasangan sistem informasi digital, dan program pemeliharaan rutin.
