Upaya Guru Praktikan dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Pasif dan Tidak Kondusif Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Kelas XII di SMK Manbail Futuh

Passive behavior and a non-conducive classroom atmosphere are major problems in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching at the vocational high school (SMK) level, particularly in grade 12. This study aims to describe the efforts of practicing teachers in addressing these issues. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that practicing teachers employ various strategies such as active learning, a personalized approach, varied learning media, effective classroom management, and positive motivation and reinforcement. These efforts result in increased student engagement and a more conducive classroom atmosphere.
