Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of teaching staff resource management in improving the quality of educational services. The background of this study is based on the importance of effective teaching staff management as a major factor in determining the quality of educational services in educational institutions. Professional and well-managed teaching staff will have a direct impact on improving the quality of learning and student satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included school/madrasah principals and teaching staff involved in the educational process. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of teaching staff resource management is carried out through several stages, namely: planning teaching staff needs, recruitment and selection, competency development, performance assessment, and providing motivation and rewards. This systematic management is able to improve the quality of educational services, as indicated by increased teacher performance, learning effectiveness, and student satisfaction. Supporting factors include effective leadership and commitment of teaching staff, while inhibiting factors include limited facilities and a lack of ongoing training. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of good and planned teaching staff resource management has a significant contribution to improving the quality of educational services. Therefore, a sustainable and innovative management strategy is needed to achieve optimal education quality.
